Job Description
Responsibilities

- Gather, process and scan incoming mail.
- Schedule and book travel for a variety of needs and employees.
- Answer and screen calls, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining appointments/meetings, maintaining files, booking travel arrangements/reservations, processing expenses, working with building management and IT, and coordinating all other special projects.
- Coordinate and set up internal/external meetings as required
- Organize, facilitate, and prioritize communication across departments
- Provide on-site assistance at event productions as needed
- Create and maintain department documents, calendars, trackers and reports as assigned
- Interact with other support staff members and liaise among colleagues at all levels to execute assignments and represent the company in a professional and efficient manner
- Keep schedules on track and anticipate/address needs
- Create agendas and ensure preparation in advance of team meetings
- Serve as information source
- Contribute to the day-to-day duties of the team as a whole in order to better understand the goals of the department
- Maintain and track competitive research and reports
