Bequant is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The position can be based in the UK (London), Malta or remotely anywhere in the world. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive business development internationally. Client base will be largely institutional including HFTs, Hedge Funds, Prop Desks, Family Offices and Professional Traders. We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure. Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years financial services business development experience covering digital assets, equities or FICC
  • Work experience in the brokerage, asset management or trading technology industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm for business development
  • Passion for digital assets
  • Degree and/or financial markets qualifications
